Dian Edwards

August 23, 1947 - January 22, 2022

On Saturday January 22, 2022 at 10:15am, Dian Hall Edwards was called home to glory to rest peacefully with her Heavenly Father. Dian was born August 23, 1947 to Oscar and Bernice B. Hall. Dian graduated from Helena High School in 1965 and received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business from Southern University. Dian was employed at Ford Motor Company as Supervisor for over 40 years until she retired. After retiring, she spent her time enjoying line dancing at Mz Georgia’s Plaze, where they traveled frequently. Dian attended Valley Kingdom Ministries International in Oak Forest, Illinois. Dian leaves to cherish her fond memories two sons Michael (Latonya Jenkins) Edwards of Dallas, Georgia, Kenneth (Vickie) Edwards Jr. of Hiram, Georgia; four grandchildren: Donovah J. Edwards of Decatur, Georgia, Alexyis Edwards of Dallas, Georgia., Keondra Edwards of Hiram, Georgia., Kevin Edwards of Tuscaloosa, Alabama; one great granddaughter Keyaira M. Edwards of Tuscaloosa, Alabama; three sisters: Doris H. Gordon of Austell, Georgia., Madeline Hall of Greensburg, Louisiana, Betty (Richard) Sago of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania; one sister in law, Jeannette Hall of Greenburg, Louisiana and a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. Dian was preceded in death by her parents Oscar L. and Bernice B. Hall, eight brothers: Ralph, George, Elmo, Albert, John, Percy, Charles, Jim; and three sisters Lola, Doretha and Irene.
